These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the \"GTC\") describe the terms and conditions under which the company SAGACITAS (see Legal Notices) offers the opportunity to purchase this Treasure Hunt (see Definitions section).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Agreement is subject to French law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Customer acknowledges having read the GTC before placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legal Notices<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Secretdestrier.com is published by the company SAGACITAS, whose registered office is located at: 2 Rue Coysevox, 69001, Lyon, France<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Definitions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Customer <\/strong>Refers to the professional or consumer who has placed an order for a product available for sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order: <\/strong>Refers to any order placed by the Customer through the website  https:\/\/secretdestrier.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC): <\/strong>Refers to this document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Company: <\/strong>Refers to SAGACITAS, <\/strong>as further described in the Legal Notices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Product: <\/strong>Refers to a PDF file or a physical book containing at least a series of riddles, collectively referred to as a Treasure Hunt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Treasure Hunt:<\/strong> Refers to a PDF file or a book containing at least a series of riddles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery: <\/strong>Refers to the electronic availability of the Product (PDF format) or the delivery of the book, or both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regulations: <\/strong>Refers to the specific rules for the \"Le Secret Du Destrier\" Treasure Hunt, as sold by the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Orders<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Orders are placed via the website https:\/\/secretdestrier.com<\/a> using a form that must be completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Products and prices<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Company sells only one type of Product: the Treasure Hunt \"Le Secret Du Destrier\".<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (TTC).<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The price is payable in full<\/strong>at the time of payment for the ordered Products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Company accepts the following payment methods: Credit card payment,<\/strong>secured via Stripe ou Paypal.<\/strong>Accepted cards include: VISA, MASTERCARD and CB<\/strong>etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Delivery<\/strong> of the Product occurs on or after the start date of the Treasure Hunt,<\/strong>even if the Order was placed in advance (pre-order<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Company cannot be held responsible for delivery delays<\/strong> caused by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • High demand periods. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Force majeure events, i.e., unpredictable, unavoidable, and external circumstances beyond the Company's control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    6. Complaints<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    For all Orders,<\/strong>the Customer has a 24-hour complaint period<\/strong> starting from the Delivery of the Product<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To submit a complaint, the Customer<\/strong> must send a written declaration to the Company<\/strong>at:\u2028contact@secretdestrier.com. This declaration must include: The concerns and claims. Any supporting documents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Customer\u2019s Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If the Customer places an Order after the Treasure Hunt has started<\/strong>, they Customer<\/strong> waive their right of withdrawal to receive instant access upon payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If the Customer places an Customer places an Order before the start date,<\/strong>they have a 14-day right of withdrawal,<\/strong> but no later than the start date and time of the Treasure Hunt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Summary of withdrawal rights:\nIf the Order is placed more than 14 days before the start date, the withdrawal period is 14 days.
    If the Order is placed less than 14 days before the start date, the withdrawal period is valid until the start date and time of the Treasure Hunt.
    No right of withdrawal applies once the Treasure Hunt has started, as the Product is considered delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact SAGACITAS via email at:\u2028contact@secretdestrier.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Customer will receive a full refund within 14 days from the date the Company acknowledges the withdrawal request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    All Products sold on the website remain the intellectual property of SAGACITAS. \nAny violation of this intellectual property is subject to criminal sanctions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9. Customer\u2019s Acceptance of the GTC<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    By placing an Order, the Customer expressly accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).\nThe Customer acknowledges having read them and waives reliance on any other document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Consumer confirms having received all mandatory information under Articles L111-1 to L111-7 of the French Consumer Code, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Essential characteristics of the Product<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Price of the Product<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Delivery date or timeframe<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Company\u2019s identity (postal and electronic contact details, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Legal and contractual guarantees and their terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Option to use conventional mediation in case of a dispute<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Right of withdrawal information (duration, conditions)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      10. Acceptance of the Product Regulations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      This Treasure Hunt is subject to specific regulations, which are available on the website via a link on the corresponding Product page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Customer commits to reading and expressly accepting these Regulations before placing an Order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
